The Program

This group course is designed to explore the powerful role of food as medicine while offering strategies to optimize health and well-being. You'll engage with registered nutritional therapists, Yasmine Benjelloun and Katie Poyasov, to build a supportive network, and deepen your understanding through collaborative insights and discussions. Together, we’ll inspire and motivate each other on this transformative journey.

Starting May 1st, 2025, a weekly online meeting will take place where we will delve into specific topics aimed to get you feeling and looking your best, inside and out! Get ready to be nourished for £129.
